Blue Boat has a wide selection of dessert buffets available that can be added to every private cruise. For every buffet we have a dessert, but you are free to make any combination you like. Add a dessert buffet to your dinner cruise, or even to a lunch– or drinks cruise and give it the sweet ending it deserves.

Dutch Dessert buffet

Panna cotta with “stroopwafel” (dutch cookie – two wafers with caramel inbetween)
Custard with red fruit
Chewy cookie bavarois
Cream rice with cinnamon, cardamom and raisins

Desserts are booked for the same number of persons as the main cruise (also with a minimum of 25 persons).

Cheese buffet with a mature Dutch cheese, a goat’s cheese and a sheepsmilk cheese, served with orange-clementine chutney & rye bread triangles.
