Information regarding the COVID-2019

No operations until 6th April 2020

Dear guests,

Following the decisions of the Dutch government with regards to the outbreak of COVID-19, it is with regret to inform you that as of Sunday 15th March 1:30PM we have stopped running all our Canal Cruises until 6th April 2020. After this date, Blue Boat Company will oversee the situation from day to day and will inform you via this channel if our taken measures have to be extended.

All (group)bookings made without any catering services will be fully refunded if the travel date is within this period. For (group) bookings including catering services, we will discuss all the options with our catering partner and will come back on that as soon as possible.

If you have booked a ticket online via an online travel agent, please refer back to this travel agent to cancel your booking. If refunds need to be given directly via Blue Boat Company, please do give us some time to process as our office will not be at full strength for the coming weeks.
