You'd be hard-pressed to find a more romantic setting than Amsterdam's canals by night for your Valentines dinner!

- Glass of prosecco
- Tenderloin carpaccio with mature Beemster cheese, pine nuts & pumkin seeds, loose-leaf lettuce and balsamic syrup served with white and brown French bread and herb butter.
- Chicken fillets in red-wine gravy and Provençal vegetable tart served with a dish of seasoned potatoes and a dish of vegetable salad.
- Milk-chocolate bavarois with a coulis of tangerine, seasonal fruit in orange juice marinated & a soft apricot foam.
Valentine Drinks Cruise
You are welcomed on board of this romantic 90 minute cruise through magically lit Amsterdam with a glass of sparkling prosecco. During the cruise, the waiter will serve you beer, house wine & soft drinks. Valentines candy is set out on the tables, but you can also order savory snacks with the waiter. And the guide will turn down the romantic tunes only to tell you sweet littel stories about the city & .... love.

The Valentijns Cruise has been cancelled
Due to the ice on the canals , it has become impossible for us to sail.
And it looks like the cold will stay with us for a couple more days. Sad consequence is that we are forced to cancel the Valentines Cruise.
