Blue Tunes
Last year we introduced a new, state of the art audio system on board of our boats that allows visitors to choose their own commentary track & language. You can also chose to listen to our audio channel. We could fill it with top 40 hits, or a collection of evergreens, but we decided that wasn't good enough. That left us with the question what would be good enough.....
We know our city (and the rest of our country) is filled with talented people, making their own music and they would love for as many people as possible to hear it. That is why we decided to give these starting artist a chance!
This summer we want to fill our music channel with a selection of songs made by people just like that. We will list the artists and their songs on our website, so people can listen to the songs, visit the artists website and vote for their favorite song.
Artists can even win a performance on one of our showcases!
All Dutch artists who are interested can send their demo to bluetunes@blueboat.nl (in mp3 or wav format, larger files trough serves like wetransfer.com) for a change to be picked on this summers BlueTunes!
Conditions of entry:
- You are a Dutch citizen.
- The song you send in can not be brought out commercially before.
- You are not under contract with any record company.
- You own the copywright to music & lyrics.
- We do not allow rasist, religious or political lyrics.
- From all songs entered, Blue Boat Company selects the songs that will be played on board.
