About Our Party Vessels

What can we tell you about our beautiful blue boats......

Facilities on board 

Blue Boat Company has 8 luxurious party boats. All boats have the following facilities: Outside rear deck, glass roof (an boe opened for 50%) toilet, kitchenette, sound system in wich any mp3 player can be plugged in, power (16 kw) & microphone. 

Flexible interior

With a avarage standing height of 1.95 meters & tables & chairs that can be (re-)moved, our boats are unique in Amsterdam. With these tables & chairs, we can create any setting in the boat, from one large dinner table to a standing reception or dancefloor area. 

On the right you can see pictures of (top to bottom) the standard setup, one large table & a reception setting with high tables.

Because these setups take about 30 minutes to build up and break down, we have to ask a small surcharge. A reception setup will cost € 150,00 per boat and one large table € 130,00 per boat.

Summer & Winter  

All our boats have an outside rear deck and a glass roof that can be opened when the sun shines.

In the winter, we close the roof & turn on the central heating, so it is nice and comfy inside! 

Of course you can still go outside to enjoy the view, take pictures or if you want to smoke. (Smokning inside the boat is not allowed)

Wheelchair accessible cruises 

Six boats are fitted with a wheelchair elevator. This can be used to let wheelchair users on board at our own docks at the Stadhoudersakde, as well as at the docks of teh Pulitzer hotel & at the Stopera. 

Unfortunately, our toilets on board are not adjusted for wheelchair users.

Personal Audio System

Our boats are equipped with an extensive Personal Audio System that lets you select your choice of commentary, so wether you listen to the "Experience Amsterdam with Ron & Nel" tour or the classical story, the choice is up to you. You can even switch as many times as you like. And of course we provide you with your own set of headphones, wich are yours to keep after the cruise is finished. With our personal audio system you can not only choose the story you prefer, but also the language! This makes Blue Boat Company the only Canal Cruise that can give a language guaranty!*
