The IAmsterdam City Card gives you a a free City Canal Cruise with the Blue Boat Company. With its duration of 75 minutes, the our City Canal Cruise is the longest cruise, which means you will see more!

Evening cruise with discount

You can also use the IAmsterdam City Card for the Evening Cruise. There is a surcharge of € 7,50 per person for this cruise, which you can pay at the ticket office before boarding.

Unique story 

At Blue Boat Company, you will be accompanied on your cruise through "Mokum" (as the locals like to call it) by two very local guides: Ron & Nel. Married for over 40 years and living in Amsterdam for even longer, they are eager to share their love of the city with you! On their audio commentary filled with historical facts & stories, urban legends, humor & music, they take you back to the early days of theport of Amsterdam, as well as into the now of this vibrant city!

Personal Audio System

Our boats are equipped with an extensive Personal Audio System that lets you select your choice of commentary, so wether you listen to the "Experience Amsterdam with Ron & Nel" tour or the classical story, the choice is up to you. You can even switch as many times as you like. And of course we provide you with your own set of headphones, wich are yours to keep after the cruise is finished. That is what we call Pleasure in Quality.

Boats with open roof, outer deck & wheelchair acces 

Blue Boat Company sails 365 days a year, wheter rain or shine. In winter we close the roof and turn on the central heating, and in summer we open the roofs to let the sun & a fresh breeze in, so it is always comfortable on board. We are also the only canal cruise company with wheelchair accessible boats!
