A la carte Blue Boat Dinner Cruise

We think our Dinner Cruise is the best meals served on the canals! But we also know there can be reasons why you would like something else to eat, like an allergy or if you prefer not to eat meat.

So we have a special vegetarian menu, as well as an adjusted menu for our younger guests!

If you have to follow as specific diet (i.e. saltless), please let us know at least 24 hours prior to departure, so our chefs can prepare a delicious alternative for you!

Unfortunatley, it is not possible to request vegetarian or other dietary wishes on board.

Vegetarian menu

• Goats cheese & walnut salade
• Wrap filled with mushrooms & pesto, topped with grated Parmezan cheese
• Milk-chocolate Bavarois with a coulis of tangerine, seasonal fruit in orange juice marinated & a soft apricot foam.

Childrens menu

• Smoked chicken-breast salad with fruit.
• Two mini hamburgers with seasoned potatoes and vegetable tart.
• Milk-chocolate Bavarois with a coulis of tangerine, seasonal fruit in orange juice marinated & a soft apricot foam.
