On your luxurious private boat we take you on a tour of the city. Because the boat is reserved exclusively for your group, you can decide on your own route, departure time and even departure & ending location!

Menu Spanish Tapas Dinner Cruise

Cold dishes:

• Marinated shrimp with lemon and garlic
• Manchego cheese with chili peppers
• Serrano ham with Galia melon
• Tortillas (Spanish omelette wraps)
• Marinated seafood cocktail in salsa sauce
• Chorizo and fuet
• Roast pepper salad
• Mushrooms marinated in sherry with candied red onion
• Artichoke salad
• White and brown French bread, tapenade and herb butter

Cooked dishes:

• Spanish meatballs in tomato salsa
• Roast chicken wings in salsa
• Fried chorizo sausages
• Fillet of panga wrapped in Serrano ham with tomato tapenade and basil
