On your luxurious private boat we take you on a tour of the city. Because the boat is reserved exclusively for your group, you can decide on your own route, departure time & even departure & ending location!

And to make your dinner cruise exactely what you were looking for, you can also have a custom tailored menu!

Menu Italian buffet dinner cruise

Cold dishes:

• Vitello tonato
• Parma ham with melon
• Tuna salad
• Shrimp in an Italian garlic sauce
• Caprese salad with mozzarella, tomato and basil
• Marinated artichokes
• Mushrooms in balsamic dressing with candied red onion
• Pasta salad with Italian salami
• Herb butter, tapenade, Italian bread and French bread

Cooked dishes:

• Pasta Farfalle
• Bolognese
• Carbonara with ham, bacon bits, fresh cream and gorgonzola
• Fillet of salmon with a lemon and basil sauce
• Mixed vegetable dish including courgette, aubergine, tomato and mozzarella sprinkled with olive oil, oregano and basil

Of course we also have a lovely vegetarian version available!
