On your luxurious private boat we take you on a tour of the city. Because the boat is reserved exclusively for your group, you can decide on your own route, departure time & even departure & ending location!

And to make your dinner cruise exactely what you were looking for, you can also have a custom tailored menu!

Menu Fingerfood Dinner Cruise

Cold dishes

• Crêpes filled with smoked salmon, pak-choi cabbage and horseradish mayonnaise
• Leavened bread with crab salad, banana and avocado
• Tuna tortilla
• Oregano focaccia with smoked rib-eye pesto mayonnaise
• Duck and duck-paté turine

Cooked dishes

• Minced-beef meatballs filled with green olives and rolled in sesame seeds
• Crab tart with chili peppers
• Fillet of panga wrapped in Parma ham with tomato tapenade and basil
• Shrimp skewers prepared in oil with cloves of garlic and a spicy pepper
• Lobster sauce
• Kudu saté served with teriyaki sauce

Of course we also have a lovely vegetarian version available!
