On your luxurious private boat we take you on a tour of the city. Because the boat is reserved exclusively for your group, you can decide on your own route, departure time & even departure & ending location!

Menu Organic Buffet Dinner Cruise

Cold dishes:

• Beef carpaccio with rocket, dear bacon, sunflower seeds & shaved goat's cheese
• Organic potato salad with goat's cream cheese with green herbs 
• Smoked fish salad with lettuce, red onions, capers & black olives
• Dutch cheese board
• Greek salade "with a twist", with Feta cheese & purslane

Cooked dishes:

• Dear stew with onions & gingerbread
• Mashed potato with carrot & cloves cheese
• potato gratin with broccoli & fenugreek
• Fish stwe with "Harissa" spices

Of course we also have a lovely vegetarian version available!
