On your luxurious private boat we take you on a tour of the city. Because the boat is reserved exclusively for your group, you can decide on your own route, departure time & even departure & ending location!

And to make your dinner cruise exactely what you were looking for, you can also have a custom tailored menu!

Menu BBQ Deluxe Cruise

Cooked dishes

• Marinated chicken saté with saté sauce
• Marinated spare ribs
• Leg of lamb marinated in fresh garlic
• Turkey sausages
• Fillet of salmon with fresh foil-packed herbs
• Roast potatoes

Salads & side dishes

• Greek farmhouse salad: a combination of lettuce leaves, tomato, cucumber, feta cheese, olives, green pepper, red onions, capers, sun-dried tomatoes served in a fresh herb dressing.
• Meat salad: Russian salad, ham off the bone, Ardennes ham, fricandeau, Amsterdam onions, gherkins and fresh fruit
• Fish salad: crab salad, young herring, lobster tart, smoked salmon, smoked mackerel
• Potato salad
• Vegetable salad with fresh herb dressing
• Various cold sauces, various types of bread, herb butter, pomodori butter and regular butter

Dessert

• Watermelon
• Foil-wrapped banana with brown sugar and rum
• Glasses of strawberry Bavarois with Brazilian pepper and a blackberry sauce
• Mango Bavarois with passion fruit and orange pepper
• Fresh lemon tart with candied kumquats
