How do I order the right amount of canapes?
In general, you can order a canape selection for the same number of people as the cruise. You can choose one of the selections we made for you, or you can mix & match between them.
Dutch "Bitterballs" (a round, crispy ball, filled with meat ragout, served piping hot) are ordered per platter of 25 pieces, with a minimum number that is equal to the number of persons in your party.
For example, if you are with 50 persons, you can order 20 times canape selection 1 & 30 times selection 4. Then you will have an assortment of hot & cold canapes. Or you can go for 50x canape platter 1 and 2 platters of bitterballs.
And of course it is als possible to order just bitterballs! We pick them up during the cruise at a Ducth waterside café, so they are served nice and hot.
