The 8th edition of SAIL will take place from 19 to 23 August 2010. For five days long, the Amsterdam IJ harbour will serve as the backdrop for a festive programme full of music, culture and nautical riches. This edition promises once again to be an unparalled nautical spectacle which includes (among other things) an impressive fleet of Tall Ships from all around the world, a unique collection of Dutch sailing heritage and a variety of modern ships

The best way to experience this is of course from the water!
Blue Boat Company has a special SAIL cruise which takes you on a ninety minute cruise through the waters were the ships are. You get up close to the ships and get to see them from different sides form the comfort of the boat.

Every evening during SAIL, we also have a Fireworks Cruise which takes you to see the Fireworks on the IJ. This 2,5 hour cruise departs from the Stadhouderskade 30 at 9 PM. The fireworks display will be between 10 - 11 PM.
The boat will be back at the Stadhouderskade around 11:30 PM. During this cruise, all drinks (beer, house wine & soft drinks) are included. (This cruise does NOT enter the SAIL festival waters!)
The price per person for the Fireworks cruise is € 25,00 per person and tickets can be bought in our webshop.
