I am in a wheelchair. Can I take a cruise with your company?
Of course! Six of our vessels are equipped with a wheelchair lift, which allows you to board without leaving your wheelchair. Unfortunately, we can not take more then 6 wheelchairs per departure. If you are with a larger party, it is possible to divide the group over more departures.
For wheelchair users, making a reservation is always necessary! You can make a reservation by calling our ticket office the day before your planned cruise (or on the day itself): Phone number ticket office: 020-676 0551, from abroad: +31 20 676 0551

Our staff can tell you at what times there will be wheelchair accessible boats departing and they can also make a reservation for you at your preferred time.

We hired our own boat and board (or disembark) on another location. Is this possible with a wheelchair?
Unfortunately, there are only a few locations in Amsterdam that have the right height for our wheelchair lift. Locations where we can board wheelchairs are our own docks at the Stadhouderskade, the Stopera (Town hall) and the Pulitzer Hotel.
